Dental appointment
I suffer from gum disease and have done for years, it is only with having a descale every six months that I feel that at 74 I have managed to keep all my teeth, after being seen 25 minutes late I sat in the chair for less than 3 minutes and the dentist showed me with a mirror plaque that she said was very difficult for me to remove myself, she then told me I could see a hygienist and gave me a small dental brush which I already use and I was charged £21.60 for the teeth not to be descaled or polished, in over 40 years this is the first time this has happened and it is just not good enough.

Considerate of my dental fears
The staff were very friendly and professional. I was made to feel like an individual not just a number. The dentist was lovely, considerate of my dental fears and treated me swiftly and professionally. I have been with this dentist a number of years and have no cause for concern or complaints. A very nice practice.

Treated with respect and care
Once again, I can only sing the praises of Genesis. As someone who has a real phobia of dental treatment and will only go when I have to, usually due to pain, I am always treated with respect and care, as well as being put well at ease by all staff, from receptionists to dentist.
