My experience
I was able to book a same day appointment which was great. However I was kept waiting and after 20 minutes the receptionist Claire did communicate that the dentist was running behind and would be a further 15 minutes +. Meaning over 30 minutes before I'd be seen. This wasn't ideal, I had limited childcare. The receptionist, Claire, then suggested she could get me seen by a different dentist straight away. Off she went and sorted it taking me through. The dentist explained my treatment and it was carried out to a good standard. The dentist was friendly. Shout out to Claire on reception who went above and beyond at least 3 times while I was sat waiting.
