The receptionists are nice and polite and all the dentists I've seen have been really nice so when you're there for something horrible they don't make it worse.

Dental appointment
Since I have been a listed with yourselves ( I think this is 2 years) I have never had a scale or polish even though at the end of my appointment earlier this year the dentist said I'm I need of a descale, why would she tell me but not do it, every other practice I have had had always done this, and since I had a filling this year I have had pain in it, mentioned this 3 times now and the advise I'm getting from you is very grey, even though in my opinion the work carried out by yourselves was sub standard by the practitioner I expected that the issue would of been of a priority to you, but this has not been the case. And I have never seen the same person twice, maybe the turnover of the practitioners is the reason for the poor service.

Booked in, paid up front for the treatment, had to cancel using their message service, they didn't refund or offer new appointment only text days later saying I'd missed the appointment. For the first ever check up I felt this was disgusting,

I like dentist her self but due to issues with majority of my teeth I need them taking out but due to the experience I had last time where the numbing stuff didn't work I was crying in pain as it was pulled out the pain was unreal, I had asked them
to stop as well but didn't and since then I'm actually scared of having them removed so I have to wait longer suffering daily.

They always have a smile on their face
I love that I get a check up and if everything is okay a quick clean as I know a lot of dentists won't these days.
Whenever I have needed to change an appointment the staff have been very accommodating and always very happy to help. (I have been places where you feel you are an inconvenience) The staff dentist, dental nurse (assistant) and reception staff are all very pleasant. They always have a smile on their face. As I work for the NHS I know at times this can be very challenging.
Last but not least I was on time for my appointment a big bonus as I realise you have very limited time for each appointment

Very pleased with my treatment
Was very pleased with my treatment. Dentist talked me through what had to be done. Then she cleaned my teeth and they have never felt or looked so lovely.
