Dental appointment

I was spoken to rudely on the phone when asking for an emergency appointment, had to wait nearly an hour longer than the appointment and the temperate filling has not eased the pain, I still cant drink anything hot or cold.

The dentists and reception staff are lovely, however the last 3 times I have attended the appointments are always over running. I've had 50 mins late, 30mins late and yesterday 20 mins late for a hygienist appointment. It's very frustrating

Felt I was in good hands

I saw my new dentist yesterday Nida Kamal. I was very impressed with the treatment I had. She seemed very aware of my nervousness and was very kind. During the procedure I felt no discomfort and felt I was in good hands.

Had a checkup appointment with Monika, had to wait around 10 minutes before going in (I was the only person in for an appointment so not really sure why it took so long) I was then called through, they didn't shut the door so my appointment took place with the door open for everyone to see. I was in there for 1 minute max. She basically had a look to see if all my teeth were still there (I have a wire on my back teeth that generally gets cleaned at my checkup appointments however she didn't even comment), then that was it. I then have to pay £21 for an appointment that's for less than 2 minutes!! After being chased to book an appointment several times otherwise I would lose my place at that practice, to then have to go and waste my time and money for a pathetic appointment, I find it ridiculous.
