Pain free root canal

I had some root canal work done and it was pain free, I was treated really well and with care, the reception staff are very friendly and helpful and they always dress nicely. I reported that there was a small issue with the toilet, and a member of staff dealt with it swiftly. The reception and waiting room area always looks clean and tidy. I am very pleased with my dentist and would highly recommend GENESIS Carlton Centre Lincoln.

Always a good experience

Always a good experience when I visit the surgery. Receptionists are efficient and friendly. Dr Butler is also extremely efficient. She makes me feel calm and confident that I will receive the best advice and treatment. Many thanks!

Booked in to have a lost filling replaced. Couldn't get an appointment for 10 days. Lucky I wasn't in too much pain. Booked day off work to attend. Turned up in plenty of time. Appointment was late starting and then found out it was booked in as a routine check up. Dentist was helpful and did do a filling and a check up. Surely if information at appointment booking stage is more accurately recorded it wouldn't cause the issue and would avoid apptointmens over running.

Good annual visit

Reception staff friendly and personable, dentist and nurse professional and make you feel at ease, my appointment was running a little late but apologies were made for this when I was called from reception, overall good annual visit.
