I was given an 'emergency' appointment within a couple of hours of asking, was treated very courteously and the matter was resolved there and then.

Apart from the extremely long delay 45 minutes the care is good, my experience every appointment I have had has involved a long wait.

Positive experience

Positive experience. Clinic was running late but received an apology. Intervention completed and follow up planned. Everyone friendly despite clear pressure on the day re capacity.

Monika is always great with the children, she never tries to force a treatment on anyone. She always gives us lots of information.
