The reception staff are friendly and very helpful when in need of an appointment. The text service for a cancelled appointment is great. I have had a lot of dental work lately and although it's not the best experience I am thankful for this NHS dental practice.

Things are ok in general but I don't find it very good when I arrive in plenty of time for an appointment and I end up waiting an hour before having my treatment. I wasn't told until I'd been waiting for 3/4 of an hour that they were running late and I'd have another 15 minutes to wait.

I am sorry you were kept waiting for your appointment, as you can appreciate we do sometimes run behind due to dental emergencies and other unforeseen circumstances. However, we would usually try to keep our patients informed if we are running late, especially with such a long wait. This issue will be raised in practice. Many thanks.

First class service, staff always polite. Dr Asraf is a very professional dentist at the Carlton Centre he always welcomes you which relaxes you. Clare is super on reception.

I feel quite confident here

The receptionist is friendly. I had to wait past my appointment time and had come in my lunch hour. The new dentist is friendly. The dental nurse is also friendly.
My visit was short and sweet!
I have been with this surgery some time now and feel quite confident here.
