I'm incredibly disappointed with how Genesis dental handles booked appointments. My appointment was cancelled within 2 weeks of the appointment, my mothers much needed crown filling has just been cancelled for a second time after waiting months for treatment and my sisters appointment was also recently cancelled causing her treatment to now be long overdue. I've never known a practice so happy to cancel appointments at a moments notice, it's utterly ridiculous.

We are aware that we have had to make quite a lot of cancellations at short notice recently, unfortunately one of our Dentists has had to take leave as an emergency. Easy reception process. Friendly reception staff. Short waiting time. Excellent dentist who took the time to explain the advantages of the suggested treatment. Friendly dental nurse. Good overall experience. Thank you.

Seemed well organised and efficient

Receptionists are welcoming, very helpful and try to accommodate your needs despite business of the practice. Seemed well organised and efficient. Dentist was friendly and calm- routine examination so can't comment on treatment.
