My dentist is very nice, always recommends what I need to do to look after my teeth but not pushy about it, really like her, really good reception as you walk in.

It was ok, do not think the checkup was as thorough as they used to be. Also your prices for the whitening syringes are very expensive on comparison to some other dentists.

I am always pleased with Genesis the only issue is I have serious health issues and have 3-4 fillings lost and lost crown vulnerable to infection and breaking peg for crown at the front and I have 3 weeks wait .. I understand the difficulty but I am in pain and could loose front peg and end up with no front tooth and I can barely eat due to lost fillings and broken teeth .. but when I am seen I am happy with service. The dentist I saw as emergency yesterday couldn't do anything to any issue or to stop my pain. Thank you

Excellent & Pain-Free
Always greeted by the front desk staff with a smile as I am with the dentist and assistant. All my treatment has been excellent & pain-free. At my last dentist I was treated poorly if I had an issue with my teeth, here I am treated like and adult and given sound advice on how to improve and protect my gums and teeth.

Friendly and Welcoming
The dentist I see is absolutely brilliant and well recommended as he comes round the front to speak to you and explains every little thing that is going to be done and just before it's about to happen, very caring and treats the patients with dignity and respect at all times. Friendly and welcoming too.
