Just a typical dental practice. Pleasant staff, satisfactory treatment. Seldom seen on time. Impossible to phone unless you are prepared to listen to several minutes of repeated adverts.

I can`t praise Genesis Lincoln enough. As a very nervous patient with a strong gag reflex, the treatment I received was excellent. Prior to going the Genesis Lincoln, it was over twenty years since I last went to a dentist. Both Monika who did my fillings on the first visit, and especially Dr Siew Leng Tan, who did a very difficult extraction on my second visit, were friendly, understanding of my nerves, and kept me informed throughout my treatment. Their work was carried out professionally and painlessly. Their dental assistants were also great at putting me at ease. All in all, my visits have been as good as a visit to a dentist can be.

I was extremely nervous about coming in for my procedure but Mr Ashraf and his dental nurse really put me at ease and were so lovely reassuring me throughout the whole process and letting me listen to music to calm my nerves!

Very hard to get an appointment! Saturdays seem to be when the dentist "can be bothered" often have to ring reception 3 or 4 times before someone answers... Check ups last about 2 minutes as the dentist just wants to get finished.
