Appointment at Genesis Dental
General service is very good. However I feel that the dentist I see can be quite patronising and makes me feel embarrassed regarding the state of my teeth. I was born with a deficiency in teeth which means that I have a lot less than most people. I find it difficult to clean my rear teeth and felt I was spoken to like a child by the dentist. I had to see a specialist and wear a brace when I was younger and had many trips to the dentist, I am quite embarrassed about my teeth and find the whole process quite difficult. I have considered on more than one occasion of requesting to see a different dentist

Too many changes in dentists (quote from 'my' dentist - "you need a filing who's your regular dentist?" Recent poor organisation of appointment for a fi ling. Took 3 visits having been passed between dentists to get a treatment a filing. However, my treatment when I finally received it was excellent.

My experience at Genesis Dental Practice is second to none... both Dentist Manu Cherian and Hygienist Emily Eccleson are wonderful and offer best advice and care.... friendly, helpful receptionist and staff.
