Although the practice did not appear busy only three people in the waiting room, there was still a delay of almost 15 minutes. Once called through, there was a cheery hello P———- by a young male dentist I had never seen before.,no apology for the delay.
My check up seemed thorough enough and was quickly over,followed by a cheery see you next year P———-.

I met my new dentist for the first time today, who put me at ease straight away, as I have a phobia about going to the dentist . He was a really nice man.
Staff are always polite and helpful.

they have changed the policy of taking payment before you go in to when you come out, much better.

Emergency appointment for lost filling
Everyone from receptionists when you walk in to the nurses taking you through and assisting and finally the dentist themselves are always pleasant, friendly and helpful. I have been with this practice for some years now and have never found it any different. Treatment is clearly explained. Any choices are yours to make with all the facts given.
