The dentist we have seen for the past few visits is fantastic,he made my daughter feel at ease as he actually talks to you like a fellow human being unlike some dentists I have had in the past,

More should take note of this guy because getting people to relax and trust the dentist is part of getting people to happily come back instead of fearing the dentist.

My experiences of Genesis have put me at ease

I had a reminder, via text, of my appointment. The girls on the desk were helpful and polite when I arrived. I only had to wait 2-3 minutes before the nurse came for me. My husband came into the dentist room with me as he had an appointment immediately after.

Manu, the dentist, was kind and gentle as usual. I have always been afraid of the dentist but my experiences of Genesis have put me at ease.

Went for routine checkup. The receptionist was polite and helpful, all forms completed on line beforehand speeded up the process.
Dentist assistant very friendly. Dentist was not very welcoming at all. Had her back to me looking at computer when I arrived and didn't even turn around when I came in!
The examination was minimal. But I had no problems with the teeth, no work needed. Oh she did give me some free samples of toothpaste & gum protection when I left.

My Dentist at this practice is excellent, but getting through on the phone is a nightmare. My working hours are your working hours so I have to ring from work, I can't stay in a call queue for long periods without causing issues with my employer.
