Hygienist appointment

Attended for dental hygienist appointment, before treatment began the hygienist asked if I had any problems with my teeth and also checked if there had been changes to medication. The hygienist was very thorough and did keep pausing to allow mouth adjustment. At the conclusion of treatment gave feedback and helpful tips. The dental nurse who assisted the hygienist was polite and apologised for the slight delay to appointment time.

I rang for an emergency nhs appointment and they didn’t have any. However, 20 minutes later I got a phone call back from them saying someone had cancelled and offered me the appointment. I am not a patient with them either!
An hour later I was seen and the dentist herself was brilliant!

Just wanted to thank Olivia. I’ve had bad experiences with dentists in the past. She was amazing. I felt listened to and was helped to feel safe despite the level of anxiety I was feeling after past experiences. I’ve had several procedures with her and would recommend her to others.

Very disappointed, misled to believe x rays were £30 in total when in fact they were for each side. The dentist constantly was trying to sell us various treatments
