Very reassuring
All staff very reassuring as they knew I was very very anxious. I would have liked the dentist to tell me more of my possible future treatment. But I recognise my case was difficult and I had to wait.

Came in today to get my daughter's tooth removed, lovely man took his time and gave her a few brakes so she didn't feel overwhelmed. Made sure she was feeling OK though out the process, lovely ,chatting and calming experience. Daughter was happy her tooth not going to give her more bother, even offered the tooth back.

Thorough and helpful
Dentist was thorough and helpful when I asked questions about my jaw condition. The room was clean and tidy. Reception staff were friendly and welcoming.
