Reception was very friendly and booking was easy. The hygienist was extremely knowledgeable & gave great information. I was disappointed that most of the appointment was taken up by an assessment of my teeth for your own dental records and which left little time (<5mins) for the actual clean, when paying privately you expect most of the time to be spent in a full clean/ polish. Perhaps the sessions should be longer if the assessment is vital to ensure a full clean can also take place.
