Attended for six monthly check up the dentist was extremely thorough and carried out X-rays which were due Following examination fully updated as to recommended treatment and a treatment plan was agreed. Reception staff and dental nurse polite and efficient prior to leaving given further agreed appointments.

Great service
I am already a patient under the private monthly payment plan. But hadn’t yet booked in for my routine appointments. Called up for an emergency and they managed to get me in straight away. Really friendly staff. Dentist was great as was the dental nurse. Put me at ease straight away hopefully I’ll be pain free in a few days. Great service. Thank you.

Very good Hygienist
My appointment today was with the hygienist. I usually dread going to the hygienist as I hate the water flowing into my mouth as it often feels like I am drowning!! However the hygienist I saw today (a male) was very, very good and if he is a permanent hygienist I will be very happy to see him again.

Great team
Excellent service, everyone smiling, friendly and helpful. My dentist is an absolute star she always offers lots of useful advice & options. The reception team are positive and helpful. Great team, I will always recommend this practice. Although I am a private customer I find the prices are extremely reasonable.

Exceptional treatment
After taking advice from Nhs 111, requiring an emergency dentist whilst away from home, I contacted the practice. I was seen, treated and on my way within the hour. Exceptional treatment, friendly staff and I am already feeling much better. I cannot thank the team enough for dealing with my dental emergency so well and so quickly.

Given the difficult situation facing the entire country with the shortage of NHS dentists, I was extremely grateful to still get an appointment. This was due to the hardworking staff trying their very best for their patients. The ladies at the reception desk were both lovely and welcoming and very helpful. I only see my dentist once a year but I find she and her assistant are always very friendly and welcoming and extremely professional. The whole system works well from making an appointment to booking in. I only have annual check ups as my teeth are in good shape, but I would like to visit more often because my dentist is so nice.
