Thankful to have a dentist
Aisha and her assistant are so caring and help me to be more relaxed as I am a very very anxious patient.
If they had time to do what was needed at my appointment would be so much better for me. I realise this is not possible as you run your business. I do pray that she wouldn’t go private as she is the first dentist I have felt comfortable with for a long time.
The reception girls are always patient trying to get us in.
I do feel rather peeved that my partner used to come but his dentist left and was on the waiting list for a new one. But as you have not been able to get one he can now go with Monica private. This is something we will have to do but as we struggle with money as he has had to take less work as he had an illness and this will just make things more difficult. He had worked all his life and feel rather unfair. Realise it is just the way things are now.

Emergency Appointment
Very helpful and clear responses from reception staff about how to secure an emergency appointment. Appointment available on a Saturday. Seen very promptly upon arrival. The manner and explanations provided by both the dental nurse and dentist were both reassuring and very clear. The necessary x-Ray and replacement filling were undertaken with great care and efficiency. I am very grateful to all the staff who assisted in such an urgent situation just prior to having to travel away for work purposes! I am not registered with the practice - but am exploring monthly membership. Thank you!

Emergency appointment
Rang for an appointment. Was given one within 2 hours. Seen promptly, not my usual dentist. She was pleasant and polite. Explained my problem which she understood, and explained what my options were after prescribing antibiotics.
