Saw Jane today, Jane is lovely and couldn’t wish for a better hygienist. I have quite a few problems with gum disease so increases sensitivity. I usually try to zone out and listen to music/radio. Today there was nothing, just silence. Made it feel very uncomfortable in the silence (can’t talk with your mouth wide open)! Going to the dentist is really harrowing for some do anything to make it a more relaxed atmosphere is helpful! Bring back the music please!

Cheerful and accommodating
I needed an emergency appointment for an ageing crown that had become loose and aching. The practice was able to see me quickly and remove the offending tooth, all done under NHS. I found them cheerful and accommodating and will certainly contact them in the future if my circumstances change and I can afford crowns/ implants.

Wonderful staff
Emergency appointment, refitted veneer and added white filling to a damaged tooth, absolutely wonderful staff, can't thank them enough, would definitely use this dentist again

Monika was really helpful during my checkup & informed me that I would require a crown which involved several appointments. She talked me through the process and the costs. I booked my appointments with Monika, who had been really kind and thorough throughout. I had a separate appointment which was made quickly with a different dentist (I’m so sorry, I cannot remember the name), at this appointment it was explained that I would need a tooth removed. This was also done the next day as I had a trip planned. I was so pleased the appointment could be made quickly. After experiencing “dry socket”, I was again seen very quickly, antibiotics prescribed & was on the road to recovery. All the dental nurses have been so kind & reassuring at each appointment. Thank you all!

Have been with Dr Ayaz Ashraf for many years now. He’s always been very professional and supportive. My son needed to get braises he was reviewed and referred to on a timely basis although there were big issues with getting appointments locally, he managed to get one in leceister rather then 3-4 years waiting. My daughter had overbite issue she was referred immediately. He always advised what is best for my 3 children.
