Monika was lovely as she always has been however I am very disappointed that now she is cutting her hours I cannot stop with your practice as an NHS customer even though I have been an NHS customer with you for many years - but if I join a private plan I can be a private customer!!!

Emergency dental appointment
I was seen the same day. The dentist and nurse were excellent, very kind and gentle. I was very nervous and anxious and I was treated with patience and put at ease. Experience was excellent.

My appointment was on time, no waiting. Assistant was very polite dentist is brilliant, full examination of teeth, explains everything I need to know and does a great job.

Katerina always does a great job
Its a real shame that Katerina is leaving! She has always done a brilliant job whenever I have visited.
On another note I was very disappointed to be told I need to sign up to pay monthly or look at other dentists as they cannot get a NHS dentist to replace Katerina.

Came in for a potential abscess, Dr. Ashraf was quick to diagnose and talked me through the treatment plan. He is always very friendly and makes you feel at ease and that he will get the best results for you.

I can not fault anything about the dental practice and it’s wonderful team they are always so helpful and friendly, I personally wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.
