Not happy
I was happy with the service, not happy having to pay nearly £80 for a hygienist because it’s not NHS, nobody told me that and I can’t afford it then having to pay £25 upfront when I’ve just paid £25 .80 for a check-up.

Partial filling replacement
Returned to consult my dentist to check on filling was given a speedy appointment in less than seven days. The dentist and dental nurse were very helpful and the dentist offered to re fill part of the filling which had been lost. This was greatly appreciated as thought would have to return as this was a short assessment appointment. Excellent patient care, this practice is so professional in the way they treat their patients.

After over 20 years in the RAF, this has been my first experience of a civilian dentist for a very long time. I was a bit nervous as I suffered a severe traumatic brain injury (hence no longer in the RAF), but I was made to feel comfortable and welcome. Fast efficient service, great staff, I'll definitely go there again.
