My experience

The dentist seemed stressed and under pressure. She shouted a lot and it made me feel even more nervous whilst undergoing my procedure. Some indication that schedules are running behind is useful for working patients, as would be commentary about what is happening during the procedure to help put you at ease and reassure you that the procedure is going well.
My filling feels good however and not at all out of place in my mouth, with no after pain.

Check up

Discussion re loose tooth, cost of the new plate if needed. Also if the tooth came out now probably denture would not fit. Decided to leave for the time being if not playing up. Also that a filling would need replacing. Happy with my appointment.

They showed so much compassion

The friendliness of Aisha and her dental nurse, sorry can’t remember her name. They showed so much compassion when discussing my overall health issues.
Thank goodness for health care professionals like them.
