Lovely dentist

Everyone was very friendly. My dentist is Nimisha, she is a lovely dentist, explains what treatment is needed and the options. I can recommend her.

Explained very clearly

All members of staff treated me most pleasantly and kindly from the beginning of my treatments to the end. My dentist, Nimisha Chaudhry, was very efficient, explained very clearly what was needed and
carried out the treatments very well. Also her manner was extremely kind during all my appointments. I will certainly be back for future check ups and treatments. Thank you from this elderly lady.

I could not fault anything

Reception, Dental nurse and Female dentist was very pleasant and welcoming. Everything appeared clean and fresh looking. I did not have to wait long after my appointment time to be seen. Altogether I could not fault anything.

Great customer service skills

Nishma is an Excellent Dentist and always has a natural way of putting me at ease when so nervous and anxious. Nishma takes time to explain what is needed and so that i understand each step. Also the lady on the reception was friendly and had great customer service skills. Thank you all.
