I always feel reassured
The dentist Rebecca Linney is so cheerful, friendly, positive and encouraging that I always feel reassured and inspired to continue with what I'm doing to look after my teeth. She explains very clearly what will happen and does a thorough scaling with minimum discomfort.

My dental experience was very good. Rebecca was very patient explaining to me that she was checking my teeth and constantly asking me if I felt any discomfort. Very pleased with the whole dental check up and cleaning process.

The experience of actually being at the practice is lovely. But I have to highlight an issue with booking or changing appointments: trying to do so by phone has not worked for the past two times I’ve needed to do so - several months apart: no one picks up. Sending an email to the address given on the practice website for arranging an appointment online, equally got no response. The only way was to go into the practice in person - twice
Once there the whole experience is great. My dentist is really helpful and professional, reassuring and caring.
The desk staff are helpful and friendly.
The waiting time is always short and the whole experience is really positive!

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We understand it can be frustrating when the phones are extremely busy and we’re very sorry you had to come to the practice to book your appointment. Due to the volume of calls we receive, we aim to have at least two people answering the phones at all times. We also have appointments available to book online via our website hamptondental.co.uk. During extremely busy periods some calls do end up going to voicemail. Please be assured that whenever this happens, we endeavour to call patients back as soon as possible. We will always endeavour to respond to emails as soon as possible as well. We look forward to seeing you again in the future.
