So reassuring

The care and professionalism of my dentist combined with efficiency in carrying out any work on my teeth quickly but carefully, also explaining what she is doing just before she does it is so reassuring as I have a great fear of attending the dentist due to horrific experiences when I was a small child, although I can't shake my fear completely I can rationalise it to myself as I know I will be taken care of with care and respect.

Disappointed that my crown could not be fitted today, however the dentist explained everything and was very good. I will return in a couple of weeks once the crown is ready.

Makes me feel so much more relaxed

Always lovely and friendly, the receptionist always lovely and helpful, thank you. My dentist Chloe is super she always explains the best treatment for me and makes me feel so much more relaxed.
