Very welcoming and professional

Competitive pricing for private dental treatment. The practice offers a warm and friendly atmosphere. All staff members are very welcoming and professional. The fact that appointments can be managed online works well for me. As does the fact you can book your treatments without any lengthy delay. 5-star rating for a 5-star practice.

I was put at ease

Dr Pimlott’s conduct inspired an impressive amount of confidence in me. She clearly knew her job, and I was put at ease by her friendly and competent manner. I asked her about treatment options and she was clear and unambiguous in her response.

Explains everything reassuringly

Not a lover of going the dentist, I can get nervous, but the dentist and her assistant are always welcoming, makes you feel relaxed, goes at your pace. Explains everything reassuringly and does what she has to do as quickly as possible and painlessly as she can. The receptionists are always polite, swift with your next appointment or answers any queries you may have, 10/10 service.
