Good experience
The appointment went ahead on time, the dentist (Stephen) explained everything that he was doing and why he was doing it. The receptionist, I’m afraid that I don’t know her name, was delightful. She was most efficient and charming when there was an issue with the surgery wi-fi system . All around it was a good experience.

Thorough, pleasant
Dentist was very thorough in checking history and explaining next steps.
Reception staff very pleasant and showed remarkable patience with a verbally aggressive patient who came in after me.
Good appointment reminder system too.

Successful extraction
Stephen's manner, I felt 100 percent in safe hands when I had my emergency appointment. He took time, was fully professional cool and calm, explained all about my dental problem and read my body language as I was anxious about my extraction. Successful extraction in just a few minutes. Recommend him totally.

Really nice dental team. I've never waited for my appointment and everything is explained well. Reasonable prices for checkups. Only negative is there are no evening or weekend slots (that I know of)

Good service, polite reception staff. Only issue, waiting area is shared with other services so can get busy and not enough seats.
