The best dental care I have ever experienced ! Dr Dix is always providing me with solutions by priority. The whole team is very professional, courteous and friendly. I’ve been going to them for a complicated process and everything was explained to me so I could understand exactly what was going on. I am a midwife and have been suffering with increasing pain in my tooth. I was towards the end of my night shift and the pain became unbearable. An emergency appointment was made with Dr Dix. The reception from him and his family was amazing I was made to feel relaxed and immediately felt calm by his professionalism and kindness. He X rayed my tooth and explained that my wisdom tooth had broken and exposed my nerve. He gave me 2 options and explained that I had an 80% chance of having my tooth extracted without complications or have an appointment booked to see an oral surgeon. I opted to take the chance. Dr Dix removed the tooth without any complications and without pain. . I cannot recommend this dentist enough. Thank you Dr Dix and to your beautiful family who helped me feel so relaxed. I'm back on nights tonight and look forward to being pain free even if I might be a bit sore.

Went here yesterday as an emergency appointment ,was a bit nervous but they were very good and made me feel relaxed, i would highly recommend them, they used laser to do my tooth extraction which i had never heard of but it was totally painfree and amazing

Fantastic treatment. The initial deep cleaning is much more thorough than the hygienist clean and this prepares everything for the actual laser which is painless. My own teeth which were quite precarious have been given a new life!

Dr.Dix is absolutely outstanding, and I cannot speak highly enough regarding him. I am an extremely fearful patient and yet he has worked so closely with me to overcome this. I have just today completed "Gum Laser Treatment", and I am truly delighted with the results, i can see the results for myself, my gums feeling so much more healthier, teeth that felt "wobbly" have indeed become firm. Dr Dix went through each phase with me step by step and has advised me how to improve my cleaning regime. I honestly believe him to be THE best dentist around. Thank you so so much, for your patience with me, but more importantly for my results. I'm delighted.

Early September 2021, Stefan did 'Root canal' on a molar, he was professional and patient. He gave me a call a couple of days later to make sure everything OK, which it was.
Back a month later to have a porcelain crown fitted. Dix & his team are excellent.
All the team in Rodney Street are professional & courteous

I was troubled with pain around my wisdom tooth but wasn’t entirely surely where the problem tooth was. I attended Lovesmile Dental implant & Cosmetic centre with this problem. Dr Dix Premsingh was confidently able to identify the problem within minutes. He was also able to give me a convenient appointment time to suit my working hours.
I have heard wisdom tooth extractions can be difficult and complex. However with Dr Dix, the whole procedure was over within minutes. The extraction itself was over within seconds.
Dr Dix had an excellent bedside manner and was very reassuring throughout. As a medical professional myself, I was very impressed with his professionalism, diagnostic acumen and surgical skills.
Dr Dix Premsingh is a totally trustworthy dentist who treats his patients with utmost care and compassion.

I have had periodontal disease for years and had a lot of treatments to sort it, but it always came back. My NHS dentist told me that I have several loose teeth and that I will lose them. One of them was indeed beyond saving, but the laser treatment I got from Dr Dix, along with an emphasis on keeping good oral hygiene have given me hope. Three weeks from my treatment and the gum disease has not returned. My gums have become more firm and the other teeth are now more stable. The laser stimulates bone regeneration so it should mean I can keep the rest of my teeth. I paid £3.5k, which I admit is a lot for most people (myself included), but I'm very happy with the results. Worth every penny and I wish I'd done it sooner.

I had been advised by my dentist that the best course of action for a disintegrating tooth was an implant. I contacted Lovesmile after getting fed up with waiting for my dentist's referral, and am glad I did. Dr Dix queried the implant suggestion and offered root canal work and a crown at half the price. Two visits and all sorted. Very impressive state of the art equipment. Dr Dix explained the procedure and showed me the xrays and photographs of what had been done. This is not my review !!! Bizarre

Very happy with the work, had surgery, a double root canal and crown by Dr Dix, the procedures were painless and he personally kept contact and gave reassurance and check ups during the healing process, for a nervous patient he and his team kept the atmosphere relaxed and calm giving constant reassurance, care and information along the way. Would highly recommend for anyone who is nervous, or has a fear as they offer sedation, which changed the experience for me to a less stressful one
