Very professional and friendly staff. My tooth implant journey was a lot more comfortable than I thought it will be. I highly recommend.

I've only been for an initial consultation, to determine the feasibility of an implant to replace a failed crown (and also to suss out the practice, tbh). So far, so good. All my questions were answered, Mr Dix was very reassuring, the place is spotless and the equipment is modern (at least to my inexperienced eyes). Anyway, I'm happy to go for the treatment. Keep you posted with progress!
12/7/22 - First part of procedure done and everything went smoothly. Pain-relief was first class, although the anaesthetics starting to wear off, so will be taking Ibuprofen soon. I have high hopes for success. Very happy so far.
24/11/22. It's been a few days since the tooth was fitted, so it feels odd after many months without that tooth. But I can't be any happier with the result. I can bite with it, it looks like my other teeth (colour matching is excellent). The only thing that was painful was paying for the work. Better start saving up for the next problem! Highly recommended!!
17/12/24 - 2nd Implant completed on a molar that I'd lost through an abscess. The whole process from initial extraction to fitting the new crown, went perfectly. I couldn't be more pleased with the result! Just in time for Christmas too!

So please with the outcome of my replacement crowns. It wasn't an easy task for Dix the dentist as I had my old crowns along time. I am so happy with the improvement.

As a nervous patient Dix and his team could not have been more considerate both pre and during ongoing treatment. Highly recommended to anyone who has concerns or is nervous about considering any dental procedure.

I have just completed my laser treatment with Dr Dix Prasath. I am extremely pleased with the results. Fantastic! I have suffered from advanced gum disease with the risk of losing several teeth. I think many dentists would just have opted straight for implants. However, my dentist has managed to rescue my own teeth with his treatment. I haven't lost any or had to have any removed. I am extremely grateful. Highly recommended dentist.

Dr Dix was was very professional and completed my dental work (laser treatment) expertly and quickly. The nursing staff were very friendly and helpful.

I am a midwife and have been suffering with increasing pain in my tooth. I was towards the end of my night shift and the pain became unbearable. An emergency appointment was made with Dr Dix. The reception from him and his family was amazing I was made to feel relaxed and immediately felt calm by his professionalism and kindness. He X rayed my tooth and explained that my wisdom tooth had broken and exposed my nerve. He gave me 2 options and explained that I had an 80% chance of having my tooth extracted without complications or have an appointment booked to see an oral surgeon. I opted to take the chance. Dr Dix removed the tooth without any complications and without pain. . I cannot recommend this dentist enough. Thank you Dr Dix and to your beautiful family who helped me feel so relaxed. I'm back on nights tonight and look forward to being pain free even if I might be a bit sore.

Went here yesterday as an emergency appointment ,was a bit nervous but they were very good and made me feel relaxed, i would highly recommend them, they used laser to do my tooth extraction which i had never heard of but it was totally painfree and amazing

Fantastic treatment. The initial deep cleaning is much more thorough than the hygienist clean and this prepares everything for the actual laser which is painless. My own teeth which were quite precarious have been given a new life!

Dr.Dix is absolutely outstanding, and I cannot speak highly enough regarding him. I am an extremely fearful patient and yet he has worked so closely with me to overcome this. I have just today completed "Gum Laser Treatment", and I am truly delighted with the results, i can see the results for myself, my gums feeling so much more healthier, teeth that felt "wobbly" have indeed become firm. Dr Dix went through each phase with me step by step and has advised me how to improve my cleaning regime. I honestly believe him to be THE best dentist around. Thank you so so much, for your patience with me, but more importantly for my results. I'm delighted.

Early September 2021, Stefan did 'Root canal' on a molar, he was professional and patient. He gave me a call a couple of days later to make sure everything OK, which it was.
Back a month later to have a porcelain crown fitted. Dix & his team are excellent.

I was troubled with pain around my wisdom tooth but wasn’t entirely surely where the problem tooth was. I attended Lovesmile Dental implant & Cosmetic centre with this problem. Dr Dix Premsingh was confidently able to identify the problem within minutes. He was also able to give me a convenient appointment time to suit my working hours.

I have heard wisdom tooth extractions can be difficult and complex. However with Dr Dix, the whole procedure was over within minutes. The extraction itself was over within seconds.

Dr Dix had an excellent bedside manner and was very reassuring throughout. As a medical professional myself, I was very impressed with his professionalism, diagnostic acumen and surgical skills.

Dr Dix Premsingh is a totally trustworthy dentist who treats his patients with utmost care and compassion.
