I was seen on time
I had a check up and hygiene appointment, both dentists were really approachable, they explained what was happening throughout, I was seen on time. I am on a monthly membership plan which is good value for money.

The procedure was carried out by Ollie and his assistant very professionally, even if it was a very unpleasant procedure, but that is not their fault. As ever, Ollie was very charming.
What was not so good was that I attended at about 1245 hours for a 1300 hours appointment. I was very anxious before I got there- and then had to wait an hour for the appointment. I appreciate I was squeezed in but my anxiety increased over that 60 minute period because no-one kept me updated as to what the delay was.
Not reassuring when you are angsty anyway!

Absolutely excellent consultation and facilities. Xrays revealed some issues I wasn't aware of. Ollie showed me these in the consultation room. Treatment plan and recommendations were then discussed and costings provided.

Excellent from start to finish
This was my second time at the surgery and again couldn’t fault it. It was excellent from start to finish. All staff were very friendly and welcoming. I was seen on time and Darsh spent time going through all aspects of the treatment and answering my numerous questions. The receptionist was really helpful by sorting out both mine and my daughter’s future appointments so we can travel together.

Outstanding
Having Invisalign treatment for the past 18 months and am impressed with two of the members of staff in particular. Paul (dentist) and Demi (receptionist) both outstanding and go above and beyond for their patients.
