Be aware of appointment time and dentist being changed at short notice! When receiving my appointment reminder I noticed the time had been moved by 15 minutes which I wasn’t too concerned about but only discovered the dentist for my appointment had changed when I walked into the treatment room. I’d have expected the courtesy of being informed that I had been switched to a different dentist from the one stated on my original booking.

Didn't finish my treatment
Unfortunately my treatment remains unfinished and despite calling the office many times and even going in person to enquire when my retainers will be ready to collect (bear in mind my last appointment was 10 weeks ago now), no one will give me an answer. Really disappointing as they have taken the full amount of my payment and so clearly to them it's no longer a priority.
Having called many times now, I'm always promised a call back but 10 weeks after my final Invisalign appointment and not once have I been contacted since to give me any indication of when I can collect my retainers. Even when I contact them or went into the office, no one will give me an answer. Assuming now after waiting so long that I'm simply not getting what I'd paid for, which is incredibly disappointing. Would not recommend.

From start to finish I can't fault the service I received at Ollie & Darsh.
I'd wanted my teeth whitening for over 2 years but felt quite anxious taking the first step.
At consultation, Suzy answered all my questions which eased some anxieties, so I took the jump and booked an appointment.
My treatment with Helen, who I have to say is not only amazing at her job, but is also such a lovely caring person who genuinely wanted the best results for me. She had patience with me (because I was hard work), she offered reassurance throughout, talked me through each step and gave great advice (with Mia assisting, who was also fab).
The procedure itself was fine: straightforward, no pain, and the home care was easy to follow.
My confidence has improved, I smile in photographs now and I'm proud to show my pearly whites, I would definitely recommend this treatment from here.

I had a filling and I do get a bit nervous about injections but the whole procedure was perfect. The injection didn’t hurt, the dentist kept me informed about what he was doing. I felt really calm and I am pleased with how the tooth looks and feels.

Absolutely 5*
Firstly, Paul did my tooth extraction which was completely painless! As most people would be, I was so scared before my appointment and he made me feel really calm. I walked out 10 minutes later completely shocked at how painless it was.
Today, I went back to get my composite bonding done and again Paul talked me through everything before hand and due to my past experience, I felt completely calm anyway. My composites are phenomenal! They look so natural and my confidence has tripled in the space of 5 hours.
I highly recommend Ollie & Darsh and I will never go anywhere else from now on.
Thank you so much to everyone for such a pleasant experience. I no longer feel awkward or scared going to the dentist! Words I thought I would never ever say!
