A very friendly, warm, kind and courteous reception by all at the dentist.
My initial consultation was so relaxing and everything about my treatment plan was explained so carefully in a step by step way which was so easy to follow.
Thank you Ollie for all you’re compassion and help in explaining the problems and explaining my options to solve the problems.
A big thank you to Sue for breaking down and explaining the payment plans and time scales on offer.
I would recommend Ollie and Darsh to anybody who requires any dentist work doing.

Excellent customer service
The customer service from Ollie & Darsh has been excellent. I had an overnight flare-up of an infection. I contacted the Business Partner Suzie on a Saturday morning and Suzie arranged for Darsh to phone me. Within 1/2 hour I was able to pick up a prescription from my local Pharmacy which soon brought relief. I have today had my 3rd appointment to finish my subsequent treatment which included a root canal filling. The service throughout the treatment has been great - couldn't have been any better. Highly recommend the 1st class service. Thanks.

Today was my second visit to Ollie and Darsh
I was surprised at how quickly I was being looked after, I received my X-ray from Savannah she was very friendly and professional
I was then taken in to Ollie who was so down to earth I felt really comfortable with him
I then had a chat with the lovely Suzie to discuss my payment plan which I think is amazing how compromising she was to my financial affordability
Overall you would think it was a family run business the way the team worked so well together
I highly recommend this dentist I'll definitely be sticking with them for the future

Highly recommend Ollie & Darsh, staff are always so friendly and accommodating! I started my Invisalign treatment in November and was finished by June, Paav was very helpful throughout the whole process. I got 2 new crowns for the front of my mouth and they look so natural and blend really well with the rest of my teeth. I was unhappy with my smile before and now I am so pleased with it, Thank you Paav!

Such great customer service from all the staff, both medical and non medical.

I had invasilgn treatment at Ollie and Darsh under the care of Dr Paav, I am very pleased with the results, the whole process took just under a year including bonding. Dr Paav was very friendly and professional throughout, he was always happy to answer any questions and kept me informed of the next steps. The appointment times offered were also flexible. Easy and relaxing
Another very pleasing outcome from my treatment with Ollie. If a dentist can be relaxing then this is the most relaxing dentist you can visit.
I am delighted with the work done on my teeth, they are exactly what was promised.
All the staff are professional and extremely friendly making it easy and relaxing.
Ollie delivers a friendly personal approach making you feel that you are being treated by a friend and he is a decent DJ playing great music while you are receiving your treatment.
The old adage you get what you pay is true and I feel I got great value for my money.
