The staff at Ollie and Darsh are fantastic. Friendly, kind, highly efficient and professional. I called out of hours to request an urgent appointment for my son and Suzy (at 9pm) was incredibly helpful - reassuring me that at 8am the following morning an appointment could be made and my son would be seen quickly. By mid afternoon he had visited and the necessary dental work was complete. What a service. Also to note that Hannah and Demi had great customer service on the phone - nothing was too much trouble. We now know where to come for any future dental appointments. Thank you all.

I contacted Ollie & Darsh dental clinic after a late afternoon tooth injury. They scheduled me for a 10:30am appointment the following day, and by 11:30am, was on my way back home, pain-free, and with my tooth problem resolved. Their service is consistently outstanding, and I genuinely couldn't expect more. I highly recommend Ollie & Darsh to anyone.

I am very grateful to O&D for my smile, especially Pav who has been amazing along the way. I’m at the end of my Invisalign journey so I’ve had a good experience of the whole process so far.

Although I got amazing service, there are a few drawbacks for O&D which have let down this review. The appointments are very often running at least 10 minutes late, sometimes up to 30 minutes which is not ideal when they are in the working day. Today was at least 10-15 minutes behind which meant it felt very rushed.

From my previous appointment, I thought there was nothing further Invisalign could do to refine my smile and I’m very happy with it so agreed with Pav that this would be my last set of aligners.

I thought my appointment today was to remove my attachments and place the bar on the back of my teeth, have moulds taken for overnight retainers (as a final Invisalign review) however, this wasn’t the case. I was advised to start my 3-week whitening treatment and to return a further 2 times (after whitening for attachments, bar and mould then pick mould up 10 days later). I wasn’t happy with this due to thinking I would be leaving without my Invisalign today. Pav kindly agreed to switch up the process so I’m coming back next week for attachment removal, bar and moulds. Then I’ll start my whitening when I have the moulds.

I was very frustrated afterwards as coming to O&D takes 2 hours out of my working day, for essentially a pointless appointment. If the process is explained better I think it would be helpful to manage expectations.

First-class dental practice.

I had some composite bonding done last year, one of my teeth bonding chipped.
I got an appointment the next day with Ollie and it was repaired as new. You will not get service and professionalism like these guys, my teeth are now in perfect condition, it’s actually the best money I have spent getting my teeth sorted. I recommend Ollie to all my family & friends. The staff are all friendly and professional they put you at ease.

Visited the dental clinic for a cleaning with Sam today. Sam was so thorough and knowledgeable and the service was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. My mouth has never felt cleaner and my smile looks amazing. The staff are an absolute pleasure and you are made to feel welcomed the moment you walk into the clinic. The staff gave me lots of great advice and tips and they couldn’t help me enough. I will most definitely be back in another few months for another gold star cleaning. Thank you all so much.
