Got fitted in as emergency as I had chipped by tooth. Was in and out in 30 minutes. All the staff are pleasant and helpful

After thinking over a couple of options for around a month, I returned to Ollie & Darsh today to discuss a treatment plan. Ollie seems a great guy, easy to talk too, pleasant and offered me some great advice.
I’m looking forward to returning and starting my journey for a better smile.

Just started my spark journey with Ollie and Darsh. They’ve been amazing so far and I can’t wait to finish all my treatment! Reaching the end of my 18 month sparks aligner treatment now with Ollie & Darsh and here’s my take on the practice and the journey…

Demi & Carol on reception are always welcoming and friendly. If they are ever having a bad day you would never know as they always greet you with a big smile and are the most helpful and accommodating

Suzi, Darsh and Paul all saw me for various reasons in the beginning of my treatment and all made me feel at ease, explained everything step by step and were only too happy to answer my questions. For context I’m not a lover of the dentist, I’ve always dreaded it so I did a lot of research into practices when I looked to start this treatment and I’m so pleased I chose here!

The dental nurses and assistants that are so easily overlooked in feedback are definitely the beating heart of the practice. They run around mad making sure everything ticks over nicely for the staff and patients and it’s noticed! Like a well oiled machine and that’s all down to them.

Finally my biggest and best feedback goes to Kayleigh! She puts me so at ease in every appointment. Honestly appointments I once dreaded I now look forward to. When I asked what stenaline she recommends me buying she ever so graciously reminded me that stenaline is in-fact a boat and I mean sterident Kayleigh is so good at her job both the dentistry and the personable side and I can’t thank her enough for looking after me!

I have no bad words to say it’s just an all round pleasant experience! Well done team!

Wonderful experience. I have a terrible memory for names but the dentist (maybe Paul or Ben?) was very professional and put me right at ease. He did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend.

Dentist Paul is one of the nicest, most reassuring dentists I have ever met. He was polite, welcoming. He talked me through everything clearly and maintained a good level of communication throughout. His dental nurse was lovely and encouraging. They were both hyper aware of my responses and comforting me accordingly. Would 10000% recommend especially for anyone nervous or fearful of dental work. Paul is incredible!
