Helen was so lovely and put me at ease straight away, in fact the appointment was really relaxing.
I was really pleased with the outcome and have booked my next appointment.
I was given information and advice on how to keep looking after my teeth.

Couldn't have been more kind and gentle
Ollie couldn't have been more kind and gentle to my 93-year-old Mum who was very nervous. We left with her feeling confident and cared for and with the perfect solution to her problems. Many thanks Ollie.

You're all brilliant
I called yesterday in a blind panic with a lot of pain and a worry about the amount of travel I have over the next few months, I was concerned that I would not be able to stand the pain for much longer and the worry about having a complete dental emergency whilst out of the country.
I called 43 dentists around the whole of the northwest, this was the 43 third call I made and after losing hope I stumbled upon these guys. I voiced my concerns and the staff called me back within a few minutes to get me an appointment within 24 hours. I arrived at my appointment to the nicest staff at the desk and then was seen to by definitely the best dentist I’ve ever seen. He was super calm, made me feel really at ease and sorted my problem out straight away.
100 per cent the best dental practice I’ve ever been to!

Friendly and welcoming

My appointment was as ever on time and I had the most thorough clean and polish from Scott. After that I had a short wait as I wasn't seeing Darsh but another of the practice's dentists in Paul. He found no serious problems in fact no problems at all. He took a couple of X-rays of a tooth that Darsh is monitoring and I was on my way home ready for Xmas with the promise that if there was anything needed doing to the tooth in question I'd be contacted in the New Year. I was as happy as ever in how the entire appointment went.

All round amazing from start to finish.
I opted for the 6 month smile to help straighten my smile.
I can honestly say I have loved every visit to see Darsh. As soon as you walk in to the reception area the atmosphere is so relaxed and friendly. I am just in the last months of having a fixed brace and the transformation my smile has gone through already is unbelievable. Darsh is so incredibly skilled and professional. Originally, I thought I would need a brace fitted for 2-3 years and what has been achieved in 7 months is unreal.
Being a perfectionist, Darsh has recommended to leave on my brace slightly longer than 6 months to achieve my dream smile and it has been at no extra cost to me. All round I'm very happy and have no complaints at all!

Very reassuring
Booked with Darsh for redo of an old root canal which I had been told is a specialist treatment. Darsh and the nurse were sure to explain exactly what will happen and what to expect in terms of discomfort - which was minimal.

I have had quite a long journey with Ollie and Darsh, enquiring about Invisalign a couple of times, before finally going ahead with treatment. Each time I got in touch I received friendly, helpful advice from everyone on reception and from Suzy who actually can’t do enough for you- there is no hard sell here just a really friendly practice who seem to genuinely enjoy helping you find the right treatment for you.
After finishing Invisalign I wasn’t sure about going ahead with bonding so decided to wait until closer to my wedding. I made an appointment earlier this year and it was honestly the best decision, I am so pleased with the results.
Special thanks to Suzy for making sure I got everything done in time for my wedding (even emailing me whilst on her holiday!!) and to Dr Paav for really listening to what I wanted from my treatment and working so hard to make sure I was completely happy with the results.
I’m signing up to the practice properly now, they are the best and I don’t want anyone else messing with my teeth!!
