Excellent customer service
Paul was marvellous. He explained every step kept reassuring me as I am rather anxious when having treatment. No pain he was just excellent. I would highly recommend Ollie & Darsh. All the staff give excellent customer service. Thank you all so much.

Invisalign review
Appointment running behind as always, waited 25 minutes after my appointment before I was called in. Not really an acceptable service when I have paid a lot of money for my Invisalign.
Also my appointment was not with the dentist I had booked in with, as I thought it was with Pav.

My experience has been brilliant 🤩 The staff and all the team are very professional and respectful!! they beat another local dentist by £1000.00 for my treatment plan 😎 definitely A no1 dentist. I will definitely be sticking with Ollie for my future appointments 😎 thank you 🙏🏻

Absolutely fantastic
Absolutely fantastic service, had a filling with Dr Webster and then with Helen the hygienist. Both were great and explained everything. Delighted with the service yet again.

Expecting fantastic results soon!
Review of Invisalign treatment. Arrived for the appointment a little early and was seen straight away. After explaining my circumstances, I was advised of the probable treatment time and expected outcome. Scans were done and a plan of action was outlined. Expecting fantastic results soon! So far would definitely recommend Ollie and Darsh.

Fantastic appointment
Had a fantastic appointment at Ollie and Darsh today. Scott's manner was brilliant and his work was fab. The care and attention was really appreciated and I felt like I could discuss any concern I had and was given professional advice.
I used to be terrified of going the dentist. Is it strange that I now look forward to my visits.

I've just completed my Invisalign treatment. The whole process was straightforward and the staff at Ollie & Darsh were friendly and explained everything to me. My treatment took less time than expected with amazing results. I now feel and happy and confident with my smile which is now much straighter (and whiter). I will be coming back now for regular check ups and hygienist appointments as I really like the experience at the practice.

They actually care about their patients
A dentist where you feel that they actually care about their patients and their teeth and not just about how much money they are making. Paul listened responded to my particular medical condition and throughout any appointment he keeps you informed as to what he is doing and checks you are okay. Olly and Darsh treat everyone with kindness. Dental nurses are supportive and Carol on reception is a joy.

Last minute wisdom tooth extraction!
I had a toothache the night before and then that morning I called Ollie & Darsh. They got me in an appointment emergency within 3 hours. I’ve been a member of Ollie & Sarah’s plan for years now, this honestly has to be the best perk alongside the hygiene checkups and examinations. As I was a member all of my X-rays were up to date, so it was a simple straightforward extraction procedure. Pat who removed my tooth was amazing! So calming and attentive, really great. Thanks again, Ollie & Darsh!
