Very detailed explanation of the treatment necessary to achieve the results I require but unfortunately at this moment in time I don’t have £17 thousand to go ahead with the plan but will go ahead as & when my circumstances permit.

Appointment mysteriously changed from 10am to 10:15am without any prior notice. First appointment was 9:30am which took 15 mins max. Had to leave due work commitments. Staff are great, hopefully I can be booked in for my checkup soon.

Extraction
I underwent an extraction yesterday. The process was was conducted in a very competent and professional manner and the procedure was pain-free. The following morning I received an unexpected, though very welcomed, follow-up phone call from the practice to check on how things were regarding the previous days procedure. This demonstrated once again that O&D really do invest in ones dental care.

Customer service was excellent
Although I did have to wait to see Ollie as there was work being done in the surgery the staff and Ollie were brilliant. They apologised and before I left a felt a bit dizzy so the young girl sorry I didn’t get here name gave me a drink of water and kept coming back to me to make sure I was okay. Customer service was excellent.

Very soothing and calming atmosphere
Excellent visit to discuss my treatment for dental implants. Super hygiene appointment. Everyone friendly, professional excellent customer service as per normal. Love the refurbishment of the reception, very soothing and calming atmosphere, bright and attractive.

Dentist went above and beyond
Appointment was scheduled really quick. Staff were friendly and help as always. Dentist went above and beyond, fixed my retainer and thoroughly checked everything over.

They did not waste time, explaining unwanted info. They were straight forward. Latest technology. Very experienced. Was very comfortable with Doctor Dharam veer. Very experienced. Suggested exactly what treatment needed for my dental condition. Not commercial. Appreciate their honest treatment.

Always a pleasant experience, and I never thought I would say that.
I have always worried about visiting the dentist. Now that problem is in the past. The hygienist is fantastic (Scott) and today I met a new dentist (Paul). Thanks guys.

Had my hygiene appointment with Scott today, it’s quite embarrassing to have your 4 in 1 implants taken out but not at any time your made to feel uncomfortable, it’s relaxed, chatty and it really eases your time there.
