As ever, Ollie puts me and my three sons at complete ease during dental checks and treatments. And he also makes it fun which I know is unusual at a dental surgery but it’s true! Invisalign
Ever since I first got in contact with Ollie & Darsh to start my Invisalign journey, they’ve looked after me better than any other dental practice in Liverpool. Will definitely make this my permanent dentist for the foreseeable future!

So friendly and reassuring
I called at 7.30am and was able to be seen same morning which was hugely appreciated. I met your new dentist today Richard (sorry my memory is not great for names) but he was brilliant. So friendly and reassuring which is nothing less than what I would expect for O&D team.
I also really like the new girls I've spoken to on reception the last couple of times I've been in. Its nothing against previous long term ladies who were there when I first joined (I'm not sure if they've both left since) but I do find them a little more natural in approach.

I have been at Ollie and Darsh, under the care of Dr Paavan, since September 2022 for Invisalign and Composite Bonding, and the outcome and experience could not have been better. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly, especially Dr Paavan who ensured I was happy and comfortable every step of the way, and communicated with me right the way through my treatment plan to ensure I would receive my desired outcome. The difference is my smile is incredible and I am so much more confident in myself, all thanks to Dr Paavan! Could not be more thankful and would recommend to everyone!

The dentist is modern and welcoming. My crown fell out and I got an appointment a week later. When putting it back, I was warned that it would maybe not last, so I asked for the other options, but Ollie told me we would discuss it later. I could feel the crown was bothering me after being put back in place, and was told to wait a few days to get used to it (and not floss around it). Too bad: the crown fell the following evening (despite me using the other side to chew as it was bothering, and not flossing there). I called the practice to know what could be the option, especially as I paid 100 pounds for fast - 15 minutes - work on my crown that did not last a day - I feel I could be at least refunded, and to know what to do about the missing crown. I was told the dentist would call me back, which he didn't do yet. So overall I'm not super happy with the experience.
