My experience
I was really upset and left the treatment room in tears. Ollie’s approach to empathy is not great for someone who has deep seated confidence issues who wanted just wanted to feel better about themselves. Unfortunately, I feel a hundred times worse than I did before I went in…what a way to knock someone down lower than they already are.

Initial consultation
My first visit to Ollie & Darsh has been an overall very pleasant experience. Some people can find having to go for a dental check up daunting, however the atmosphere, surroundings and staff were all relaxed and welcoming. I was impressed with the technology that was being used and with the advice and options that were given for any follow up treatments as everything was explained in plain English and there wasn’t any pressure to have a particular treatment or any if you chose not to. A big thumbs up.
