Follow up of Invisalign
I had followed up appointment with Dr Parveen as Darsh was not available and I would say he is very professional and explained to me why my treatment is taking this long time and the need for the new aligner. I just want this Invisalign treatment sorted soon that's why I gave three-star to the outcomes.

Hygienist visit
As always, very pleasant visit (given it's to a dentist!!) - nice waiting room, hygienist is welcoming, the work involves very little discomfort and the results are really noticeable.
My only ask would be transparency of the cost, it's not a problem, but seems to be under disclosed and only shown when shown the credit card receipt.

Zoom whitening
Had my teeth whitened as the next stage in my cosmetic teeth overhaul. The desk staff are so friendly and welcoming and the whitening process was performed by two great technicians. During the process I was given a choice of what film to watch on the overhead TV so the time just flew by. The results, brilliant. Very very happy with my journey with these lovely people.

As someone who has had a fear of dentists for many years, the whole experience at Ollie & Darsh was wonderful. The had come highly recommended and did not disappoint, all members of staff were welcoming and professional. Ollie was very calm and understanding and Suzy was great explaining treatment options and payment plans.

Great service and a great team
I have been a client at Ollie and Darsh for quite a while now.
I opted to create a Essex retainer in order to maintain my teeth.
Unfortunately, the retainer that I had impressions taken off was mishandled however after communication with the company they were excellent in handling and dealing with the mess up. I was called in the following day and everything was rectified not only that but I was given a full refund back which I was shocked about. I will continue to be a client at this reputable company as Ollie himself came to me, dealt with me and humbly apologised. Great service and a great team.

No longer anything to fear
I am completely happy with the service and treatment at the dentist. Everyone is friendly and professional.
The treatment was painless and the dentist explained everything and was happy to answer my questions and give advice.

Suzy was so lovely put me at ease straight away and explained what would happen at my first appointment.
