Customer service is at the forefront of Ollie and Darsh. The first point of contact being Amanda the receptionist, who was both professional and friendly, making us feel very welcome. Ollie built up a good rapport with us and again was very professional. Explaining and discussing the process fully before having the treatment. Would highly recommend Ollie and Darsh.

Very professional and friendly, all the girls make you feel welcome. I had Sam give me a hygiene session today and she was excellent. I felt relaxed and at ease, I needed a big clean and I never felt any discomfort, great advice on products to use in the future. Highly recommend

Completely astounded
I am totally blown away at how far Ollie and Darsh as a dentist are from the norm! I am completely astounded. The fact that this place is a dentist is for me on par with no dental service I have experienced.
The staff could not have been more friendly and the service was astounding.
The young lady who took the X-rays and the young lady who did the photographs were brilliant. Awesome service.
D the dentist was incredible as she made me feel comfy and at ease. The conversation we had was reassuring as I initially wasn’t sure how helpful to me Ollie snd Darsh could be. However, D was amazing in how she explained the diagnosis and the potential treatments I could face if I opted to go for them. D was so reassuring in her demeanour and attitude. Thank you kindly to her brilliance.
S was friendly and thorough in delivering the next stage and costings. Lovely.

My experience
Upon booking the appointment I made it clear that subject to being suitable for the composite bonds that I wanted the treatment before Christmas. I waited a week for the appointment and was then told that even if I was a suitable candidate there was no availability. My sister is also a patient who has a pre Christmas appointment that she was unable to attend but she was told she could not swap to myself.

The man who did my teeth was so lovely and gave me all the information and help I needed and that lady there that helped him was also just so so lovely and clearly all know what they're doing. 100% with the dental plans with the amazing service you get.
