I can't be more grateful to Sam and all of the O&D team for how they have virtually alleviated my irrational fear of the dentist. From the decor and Amanda's thorough and helpful approach to the dental work I've had from Ollie and Darsh, which has not been simple or pleasant. While not something I enjoy (!!), I no longer need to carry as many tissues as I used to. Thanks all.

Appointment
The treatment was not as bad as I had anticipated. The dentist and his assistant did everything to make me feel comfortable, They were friendly and professional. The dentist did apologies for running late but the appointment was 20 minutes late and by that time I felt more anxious than I expected. Its not a problem that the appointment was 10:30 and I didn't see the dentist until 10:50, its more that I didn't know, other patients were coming in after me but going to their appointment before me. If there is a delay I would prefer to know. The extra waiting time is easier to manage if you know how long you are going to wait ( I had come from work and if there was a long delay I would have to tell work ).
I am glad that I am going to Ollie and Darsh for my dental treatment. I am not as worried / anxious about my appointment next week as I have already had one appointment.

I've always loved visiting this clinic. The staff are all so lovely and helpful and attentive. I have had many treatments in the past from Invisalign to root canal and I've never had a bad experience and they've taken their time with me when I've felt anxious. I've always been well looked after and treatment plans are always detailed so you know exactly what's being done on your next visit. Today was my first time back in many years and the lovely Suzy was there to greet me. It's the best dentist I've ever visited and I'm happy to travel just to see Darsh. I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else.

All the staff were great
I was running a bit late and rang up and receptionist was understanding.
When I arrived I was seen straight away and then had my X-rays done straight after my appointment. Once again, all the staff were great.

Personable and patient dentist
I’ve been a patient of Darsh’s now for over three years and I can honestly say my Invisalign journey has been one we’ve both been on. Darsh is by far the most understanding, personable and patient dentist I’ve met and I trialed a few before I came here trust me. She will stop at nothing to get your treatment right for you. I can’t recommend her or this practice enough.
