I had my first experience with Ollie & Darsh recently. The consultation was very impressive and Suzy is a credit to the business, very informative and very knowledgeable, every question was answered impeccably and with honesty. The actual site is very clean and very impressed with the covid protocol in place, as an extremely vulnerable person to Covid-19 I felt safe and at ease. Great service.

I have been a client of Ollie and Darsh for almost a year and half now and I can’t recommend them enough. Incredible service throughout from the ladies on the reception, the nurses all the way to Ollie and Darsh and especially Suzy, who has always been there to help me along the way with any questions I have had. I required Invisalign braces from Ollie and Darsh and all though I still have a few more trays left to go to compete and teeth straightening transformation, I am absolutely made up with the progress they have made up to now and I cannot wait to see the finished outcome of my teeth.

The appointment was great and love my results. The only feedback I would have is that when I had my consultation I was told I’d be recommended the most suitable treatment for me, however when I was asking the question of which teeth whitening Suzy couldn’t give me an answer just saying it's my preference, where ideally I wanted her to tell me what would be best. Also I felt a little bit nagged/harrassed by emails after the consultation. And finally I asked the question if after my treatment of zoom I would need to continue with home whitening to which I was told no. However I do need to do this for 6 days after which isn’t a major problem but I think slightly mis-informed.
But in all the dentist was great and welcoming and made the treatment relaxing and loved the results.

After having to wait a while before my appointment, I felt really rushed and wasnt given any advice regarding my new braces. Another friendly welcome on my recent visit to Ollie & Darsh firstly from reception team. A warm welcome from my orthodontist Ollie and dental nurse. I was asked how I was, and I mentioned a problem I had with one tooth unrelated to my current Invisalign appointment. Ollie sorted it there and then.
