As per always, first class hygiene clean from Sam, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I have been going to O&D for 10 years now. Love the place.

Great (metaphorical) handholding
Felt very nervous about having first clean in 20 years as I knew it would be difficult and uncomfortable. Sam was excellent and put me at ease throughout the appointment. She explained everything I wanted to know and reassured me well.

Great Service as Always
Great service from Darsh and Sam on my recent visit. No one ever likes visiting the dentist but both Darsh and Sam make the experience so calm and reassuring that I always leave wondering what I was worried about in the first place.

Kept informed and reassured
From the first visit to the last everything has been very good, all the staff are polite and friendly, I get reminders by email and phone about appointments which is great.
The actual treatment I had was a dental implant and every step of the way I was kept informed and reassured, I’m not squeamish and I knew what was happening, I would like to add that every procedure I had was painless apart from a small scratch pain from injections so nothing at all to worry about.

My invisilign treatment
Very pleased with my experience up to now with Ollie & Darsh. If I'm not happy they're not happy, they are not content until perfection has been achieved. All the staff are so helpful welcoming and friendly. On each visit I have been greeted with a 'hello' and a smile, even when they are up the wall busy. Perfectly organised throughout the pandemic too keeping us all safe.
Please note my treatment is not complete yet. I'm still willing to give a 4/5 star rating
