Had good experience with regards to results from my teeth with Invisalign with Darsh! Suzy is brilliant getting back to me if I have any questions very quickly (even when she’s off).
However I stated at the start of my journey in September, I needed my teeth to be finished by June (which was realistic) for my wedding and sadly due to delays with Invisalign and getting Aligners it’s not looking achievable now which is a shame cause that was the whole point for getting me teeth sorted.

My dentist Samantha and the dental assistant were both very friendly, reassuring and professional during my two days of treatment. I was grateful for the tailored teeth cleaning advice - and I was very impressed by the restoration week completed.

Suzie was very helpful, especially when I said I wasn’t sure about Invisalign, she encouraged me to discuss all options with an orthodontist rather than decide straight away.

The staff were all very polite and welcoming. The initial appraisal is honest and very detailed with no hard selling in sight.

Originally I was really impressed with the customer service I received at Ollie and Darsh.
Recently though, I have felt disappointed when visiting or speaking over the phone, with some staff making me feel uncomfortable on a couple of occasions. On one of these occasions I was called by a member of staff because I was "late" for my appointment, the lady was quite rude on the phone and had rang me 1 minute after this appointment time, which was apparently 10 minutes before I thought it was - when I checked my emails I was not late and I was right about my appointment time, I got there within a couple of minutes of the phone call (still before my actual appointment) and explained that there must have been a mistake and tried to show the lady my phone with the right appointment time. This was dismissed, I was holding my phone out to show the lady and she completely ignored me whilst another member of staff began sniggering. With no apology or explanation, I just felt very uncomfortable.
There have been other occasions, but on this review I just wanted to highlight the time that I felt was the most uncomfortable.
Whilst I understand that it could've been a busy time, bad day for staff etc, I can't help but feel like because I've already paid for my treatment, I am not getting treated the same way as when I was a possible client.
There was a really lovely woman who worked on reception and I think she has left now, but it seems to be since then that the other reception staff don't make the same effort and give the same experience, which is such a shame.
