From ringing reception to ask a question to meeting with Suzy to talk about starting Invisalign I can’t rate them enough. I have shopped around and feel so sure that they are the best- completely clear plan, clear on payments and zero pressure - they just give you the information you need to make a choice - can’t wait to begin treatment!!

I have been so impressed with the customer service, care and environment at Ollie and Darsh. The initial consultation was a video call with Suzy which was really informative without a hard sell approach. Then the face to face consultation with the X-rays, photos, scans and check up etc was really smooth, everyone was incredibly friendly and it made me really excited to get the Invisalign. I’ve since had a hygienist appointment with Scott who was very professional and gentle too.

Dental appointment
Very happy with staff, Covid procedures and treatment but would appreciate being advised on arrival that appointments are running late when necessary. Helps manage patient expectations.
