Organised and thorough
Ollie & Darsh were/are professional, organised and thorough - both the front of house team and the dentist and dental nurse I saw. Making an appointment was easy and they were anxious to accommodate any preferred times or days. This was an initial exam prior to treatment and it was very thorough and accompanied by explanations of each part of the exam and recommendations for continuing oral/dental health. The explanation of the reason, timing and costs of suggested follow-up treatment was clear and the difference between issues that should be done sooner and those that could be dealt with in the future explained.

All the staff are lovely
Been going to Ollie & Darsh for years and I've never had a bad experience. All the staff are lovely, friendly and will always put you at your ease. I would like to give a personal shout out to Carol, the Receptionist, and Scott, the Hygienist, who I have dealt with over the years. Lovely manner and attitude. I would recommend this dental practice to anyone.

This dentist is probably the best I've been to. The reception staff are really nice and friendly and the dentist are really good. They're is no upselling just brilliant dentistry and as for the hygienist I nearly fell asleep getting my teeth cleaned, unlike my last dentist where it was unbearable. The prices are very reasonable too . I thoroughly recommend them.
