I’m always nervous whenever I go to a dentist but few years back, when I first came to Ollie and Darsh all that went away. Not only are they good ,the staff are so friendly and thoughtful of you. They try their best to give you a better smile and help you maintain it.

I was made very welcome and all staff where very professional. I felt that Suzy really empathised with the difficulties I am experiencing with my teeth.
I’m very hopeful that my problems will be solved and I will gain my smile back.

What a wonderful experience I enjoyed on my visit to Ollie and Darsh. The staff could not have been
kinder, and so very friendly. You immediately felt at ease as soon as you entered the premises nothing was
to much trouble. My visit was for a tooth whitening procedure which was dealt with such professionalism
and efficiency, but also in a very easy and friendly manner. Everything was explained in great detail and
I had no worries whatsoever. I really enjoyed my visit and look forward to my next appointment with them.

Currently undergoing invisalign treatment here and I also have my teeth cleaned as part of my oral heath regimen.

Nothing but good things to say.

The front of house staff I.e the receptions are professional and kind and they are very helpful and courteous.

The Dental nurses are also very professional and friendly when you chat with them on the way to the treatment rooms.

I have been seen by 3 different dental hygienists, again all are friendly, professional and very knowledgable as they have provided insight into better looking after my teeth,gums and mouth health.

Lastly I have been seen by 2 different dentists again both were very friendly and professional and do a wonderful job of explaining the process behind the treatment plan

Overall the atmosphere inside is very upscale and professional and it looks the part too. It looks more like a hotel than a dentists but it adds to the professional look I think they're going for

I have attended Ollie and Darsh for around 8 years, where I initially had composite bonding whilst in my teens. Since the beginning, their service has been exceptional, along with their dentistry. I have recommended family members and friends to their clinic who all have corresponding views. 8 years on and my bonding has lasted and I still always receive compliments for my smile.

Had Invisalign treatment here. Was surprisingly shocked how fast the process could be and thoroughly impressed with the attention to detail given by Chiggs every time I visited. I feel like I've fixed my smile in just a few months, couldn't be happier.

Extremely professional dental practice, welcomed at reception with a warm friendly smile and was made to feel very comfortable prior to my Invisilagn consultation. The consultation was very good, all was explained clearly and I felt reassured and that I left with all my queries answered.

From the outside the premises of O&D is quite unassuming until you step inside.
You are greeted by what I would say is the most friendly and efficient front of house staff that I have ever encountered.
The reception area looks like it was designed by Apple - clean, simple and functional.
It's the little details that count.
The moment I sank into one of the luxurious chairs I was offered a beverage by the receptionist who handed me an iPad to complete my registration, taking great pains to explain that I don't have to fill in any details that made me uncomfortable.
I was always addressed by my first name which immediately put me at ease.
At my exact appointment time I was led downstairs to a rather cavernous area that turned out to be a secondary waiting area.
After a minute or so I was greeted by a smiling Suzy Gorman who is the Business Manager at O&D.
What followed next was a masterclass of how to interact with a client.
All my options were clearly explained, any and all questions were answered in plain English and any trepidation I may have head was quickly dispelled.
The phrase that popped into my head at the time was "verbal massage".
Every treatment was detailed without a hint of a hard sell approach.
Here was a manager that actually listened to what the client had to say.
To be honest I was rather sceptical about getting advanced dental treatment having had bad experiences in the past, but after an unhurried hald an hour consultation I had already made up my mind that not only will I go ahead and book the treatment, but that Ollie & Darsh are the only people that I would choose to perform it.
I will also be doing a lot more than I originally planned, I am that confident with what I have seen so far.
After I have had my procedures in the coming months I will of course continue my review of this fascinating company.

Daz is a brilliant dentist and makes you feel at ease, definitely recommend Ollie and Darsh.

6 years ago I finished my Invisalign treatment with Ollie and Darsh, overwhelmed with the results, and went back to my regular dentist.

Disappointed with rubbish service I changed dentist and then had another rubbish hygienist appointment.

I’m not sure why it took me so long to come back to Ollie and Darsh but today made me realise I made the right choice!

Today I met Sam who was a super hygienist. Despite being over run with patients she took her time with my teeth and gave them the attention they needed. I am so happy with the results and advice. Best hygienist I have ever come across! Thank you so much Sam!!! X x x
