Hi I didn’t want to leave a review on google as there are some negatives
Overall the service and team were great. Just an issue with time.
I always choose the first appointment so not to eat into my busy schedule. My appointment was 8.45 with the dentist and 9.00 with the hygienist it was nearly 9.15 and I asked the desk if there would be time to do both. The receptionist kindly got the hygienist to see me first and then the dentist. This made me late for my business appointments.

I went for my regular 6-monthly check-up and arrived exactly on time. After a few minutes, no more than that, I was having my teeth cleaned and polished, and it may have been my imagination, but this seemed even more thorough than usual. Once that was complete, I went down to see Darsh, who did some very fine work [ Fine in both senses of the word ] trimming down a slightly oversized filling so that there was enough space to floss more easily. Once back at reception, I booked an appointment for 6 months ahead for my next check-up. Arriving home, I found an email awaiting with the time and date of that appointment. What more can I say? Things ran as smoothly as ever they do in my experience.

Lovely staff
First time at this dentist so was very nervous. But once inside I was welcomed in by their lovely staff. I was seen by a lovely dentist who reassured me I was going to be fine, he talked me through everything he was doing which made me feel unnerved. I really would recommend this dentist
