So I went into Ollie and Darsh to find a dentist unlike any other I have ever been to, it was welcoming in terms decor - as it is far removed from the usual clinical and depressing waiting rooms in most dental practices and the staff were very friendly, which certainly put my nerves at ease. I had booked a free consultation with Suzy and felt it was certainly worth while (and I couldn't recommend it enough), nobody actually looked inside my month and the aim was to explain what they did and what I wanted from them and I feel that this was an ideal way to establish if this dentist was for me, before actually forking out any money - which it certainly is... I actually look forward to my next visit.

After always being conscious of a few of my teeth being prominent and out of line. I heard about Ollie and Darsh through a few friends who's opinions I valued. The rest us history, I made an appointment to see Suzy and I'm currently 5 months into my Invisalign treatment. They have helped me on a day to day basis, even out of opening hours Suzy is always on hand to go out of her way and help me with any problems or worries I've had and eased them time after time. I couldn't recommend them any more. In my opinion the service at Ollie and Darsh just cannot be improved. Dental Royalty

We have worked with Ollie and Darsh for over a year now supplying them with customised whitening kits. Dr Daz Singh also supports us with our laser hands-on courses. A great team who are friendly and professional!

I’ve been interested in braces and teeth whitening for a while, and when I came across Ollie&Darsh, my first impression from their website and social media was how unique and fresh they came across.

As braces cost a small fortune, I wanted to see what my different options were, and to get some free, friendly advice. With the practice being based in the perfect location in the city centre of Liverpool, right near my offices, it only made sense to pop down for a quick chat to see what treatments would be suggested to me.

As soon as you walk through at the door at Ollie&Darsh you are met with a warm welcome. The staff are attentive from the word go, ensuring your individual needs are catered for. First impressions always stick.

I was sat in the reception area taking a moment to acknowledge my surroundings. The couches are extremely comfortable, the area is well-kept, and you instantly feel relaxed. Was I really at the dentist?

Signing up was a breeze, and whilst I was led to my consultant, I couldn’t help but feel I was in a luxurious hotel – the mixture of candles, colourful carpets, art décor and funky staircases made me see that Ollie&Darsh is a dental practice like no others.

As soon as I sat down with Suzy, I felt relaxed and at ease. She is a lovely lady and a credit to the practice. She started by asking what my idea of a dream smile would be. I explained my goals and I instantly felt my unique ideas were catered for. Suzy didn’t just tell me about the different treatments, she explained how each one would benefit me as an individual, and made me see that I could and would have my dream smile. All options were narrowed down to suit me.

I didn’t feel like “just another patient”, I felt cared for and my opinions on all treatments were respected. None of my questions were left un-answered, and I walked away with a smile on my face – whether it is perfect or not, I know I can count on Ollie&Darsh to make it my dream smile.

My experience at Ollie and Darsh was a top class one. Everyone was very friendly, welcoming and professional. The home-like internal environment added to that. The relaxed conversation with Suzy was very clear and informative. The orthodontic methods used were clearly explained along with their pros and cons making it easier to choose between them. Can't wait to my next appointment. I would strongly suggest Ollie and Darsh to everyone seeking for a top dental practice.

Their hotel-like atmosphere can help one forget that one has come for a medical procedure. Like many people I find any medical intervention highly unpleasant but their professional team somehow makes you not care about it. With this in mind I will certainly use (if I have to) their service in the future and I wouldn't hesitate recommending them to others.

Very pleased to find that my first consultation with Suzy was relaxed, informative and most of all straight to the point in explaining how they could help me get to where I want to be. I am excited about starting my treatment and trust that I will get the results I have always wanted!!
