Brilliant experience for a nervous dental patient

As someone who has always been nervous about visiting the dentist, I cannot speak highly enough of my experience with James Ralston and the team at Pall Mall Dental.

James was incredibly calming, reassuring, and professional throughout my treatment. He took the time to explain every step of the process, which really helped put me at ease. I underwent extensive restorative work over four appointments including final veneer fit and the results have been outstanding. After just the second appointment, I was already receiving compliments on the difference in my teeth. It has genuinely restored my confidence and allowed me to smile again.

I would also like to recognise Jenni, the Patient Coordinator, who is exceptionally friendly, personable, and always happy to offer helpful advice and support. She made the whole experience feel seamless and welcoming from start to finish.

As I'm leaving, I wanted to share my appreciation for the excellent care and service I received. I would highly recommend Pall Mall Dental, particularly because of James and Jenni, whose professionalism, and dedication made such a positive difference to my experience.

Over the moon with this dentist. Got my composite veneers done a while back and couldn't be more happy with the results. Been in for my check up today and again great service. My dentist was Garry, top man, friendly and professional

I am so happy with the cosmetic dental work I got done at Pall Mall; everything is very high quality and carried out with expertise. I feel a lot more confident now and can’t stop smiling with my new smile.
Andy made me feel very comfortable throughout and explained everything he was going to do. I found Andy to be very honest and trustworthy. He is highly educated in everything cosmetic and general dentistry, even right down to the chemistry part of it, he is an all round great guy. I had additional dental work from him including a swap of an old filling to a new white one and a gingivectomy which he made sure was painless. I also chose an at home whitening kit for my bottom teeth which worked a treat and I got fast results and very comfortable to use. I am so happy with the results.
The clinic is very clean and comfortable and the girls on the front desk reception are welcoming and friendly.
Jenny is an absolute star she is amazing at her job and is very reliable. If I had any questions/queries she was able to answer them or ring me back with an answer such a lovely girl.
I would definitely recommend Pall Mall to anyone who is looking at getting cosmetic or general dental work done. I am genuinely happy with the high end quality and treatment I received at Pall Mall and Andy.

I went Pall Mall Dental and had a Consultation with Dr Garry Wilson. I have always had crooked teeth, but recently broke a front tooth whilst on holiday. Garry instantly put me at ease, and assured me he could put my teeth right with veneers and crowns. On the day of my treatment I was very nervous, but Garry and his amazing nurse Matty talked me through everything they were doing. In 2 sessions my teeth were transformed, I keep looking at them and can't believe what he has done. As I'm getting older I didn't want to look like I had "Turkey Teeth" but I needn't have worried, they are amazing. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Garry to anyone. Thank you Garry for giving me a smile I no longer hide behind my hands.
